Forward Forging sells digital products (Android apps, templates, printables, and guides) that are delivered electronically. Once you receive access to download your purchased product, you have immediate and permanent access to the digital files.
Because of the instant nature of digital product delivery and the impossibility of "returning" a digital file, we maintain a strict refund policy to protect both our customers and our business.
We will consider refund requests under the following circumstances:
Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
Process: Contact us at contact@forwardforging.com with your order number and a detailed description of the technical issue. We may attempt to resolve the issue before issuing a refund.
Timeframe: Must be reported within 7 days of the duplicate purchase.
Process: Contact us with both order numbers.
Timeframe: Report immediately upon discovery.
Process: Contact us immediately and file a dispute with your payment provider.
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:
Products offered for free (such as our Productivity Printables Bundle) are not eligible for refunds, as no payment was made.
